Louisianans don't need to make another mistake by trusting their politicians with the money. Millions have come in to Louisiana for programs to benefit its ciitzens but millions would be spilt among local, state and federal officials. Let me suggest that the citizens of Louisiana demand an accountability of the alocation of the Educational reform money. Don't make the mistake of accepting a cheap Walmart fountain in a park  as a gift by some local politician to use as an offering to its ciitzens. The fact of the matter is south Louisiana schools are the worst of the worst, especially in New Orleans where educators have to work with outdated books, dilapidated buildings and low salaries., and if you challenege or question these problems to a local official, what you would get would bea death threat. The local African American educators did not push for reform before Katrina and so now the White folks and the Asians have taken control of fixing this mess of a broken educational system. Let me suggest the citizens meet with their state ,local and federal officials and represenatives . Ask how the money is being allocated and where. Ask for an accounting of the money to the very last cent and also ask about the interests this money will accrue and who gets that money. Be wary of Local agencies hoarding the money!  Get on your poilticians backs for answers!
