Just wanted to say thank you for your sacrifice. I never met Capt. Lawton but I did serve with his sister in Afghanistan. It was there where we became sisters in arms. I never understood that sisterhood until I returned and heard the news of this fallen hero. I never told my sister, but my entire team mourned the death of Capt. Lawton as we all served with her in Afghanistan. Thank you Capt. Lawton for your sacrifice and keeping us united and reminding us why we serve.
