It ceases to amaze me the lousy mindless crap that is on television today .television today reflects the mindset of the masses. All one has to do is watch what the masses place a lot of emphasis on. ie. Butts, Plastic surgery, fame without doing anything significant, drugs hair and the size of the nose, weaves and hair extenstions. What happened to the television industry when A and E had refined intelligent programs. Now on the regular networks , illiterate broadcasters are now rehashing old televison shows because the so called writers don't have the imagination to do anything original so what they do is throw in some sex scenes, profane language and fast cuts and then they call it a day for not doing any work. The actors ar'e not formally trained anymore like they use to be but then one does not need to be trained at the Actors Studio or the Yale Drama School these days to get into the industry. All one has to do is become somebody's bum boy or girl if you know what i mean.But then, that sort of thing is what's going on now in this industry. I find myself clicking on Amazon and purchasing British drama DVD's. I spend more time on PBS than anything else CBS is good with their 48 hours. No my friends, I do not waste my time watching the network television shows.
