Police tells an odd story about a man in Germany who was shot at the back of his head without him knowing it – for five years.
Mostly, fatal gunshots to the head cause instant death to any victim or subject.
German authorities stated that the 35 year old man was hit by a .22 caliber bullet from the western town of Herne while street partying and dead drunk on New Year’s Eve five years ago—was miraculously spared from demise.
The man, who did not want to identify himself, recalled that he felt a big blow to the head, but did not immediately seek medical assistance.
Medical findings said the bullet did not penetrate the skull.
The Polish man claimed that he only went to see a doctor, after feeling a hard lump on the back of his head.
Medical X-ray clearly showed that a shotgun slug was under his skin, and was advised to immediately have it operated.
Police investigation said the stray bullet may have came from one of the plushy merrymakers in the party.
