President of South Africa, Responds with the South African Experience to Dr. Hong Tao-Tze

    The tensions on Korean peninsula are mounting. On Aug. 9^th, North Korea fired more than 130 shells into the Yellow Sea near its border with South Korea.  South Korea denounced that this artillery firing was a grave violation of the nonaggression and armistice agreement between the two nations.
