US Army Mold issue

To Whom It May Concern:   I am a Soldier stationed at Ft. Gordon Ga employed at the Army's School of Telecommunications Technology. I would preffer to remain annonomys, if you decide to use this story.   The building that I work in (Vincent Hall) has had many complaints submitted about the air quality and specifically mold issues. There has been mold found throughout the building in multiple places. Most of the sources of moisture is from a leaky roof and from the HVAC system itself. I have pictures and documentation that prove these issues. Over half of the personnel employed in this building complain about upper respiratory problems, fatigue, continuous headaches, ect.......   There have been several OSHA complaints as well as senior management and base maintenance complaints. With every complaint there is an investigation that ends with the same results. The issues are ignored, swept under the rug, and the blame shifted. It honestly seems that because it is an Army base, and a government facility that it is treated in a different manner than most facilities. From the employees perspective there is a firm handshake between OSHA and Ft Gordon's general and that’s the extent of it.   So with all of that said what resources exist for such problems? The only reason that I am contacting NOISH is the employees of this building want to be able to come to work and not feel ill. They want a work environment that is safe, with leadership that CARES for their well being. Are there any other agencies besides OSHA that I can contact with these issues? Any help that can be provided will be greatly appriciated.  p>
