On September 20, 2010 Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall once again abused her position and office by launching a personal attack against Proposition 203 under the guise of a public information meeting on medical cannabis dispensary's. Utilizing a Powerpoint presentation full of misleading information Ms LaWall held a meeting staffed by County employees and resources to launch another attack against Prop 203. Citizens who showed up at the meeting included those invited by Ms. LaWall's office, were board members of homeowner's associations who came to get information regarding zoning on medical cannabis dispensary's. Instead what they got was a presentation filled with misinformation, and a personal attack on Prop 203. Please call Barbara LaWall's office and demand that she stop abusing her position and office by misleading the citizen's of Tucson.
