Save US business, Reduce Unemployment

Whether I am elected or not, to reduce the unemployment rate and support local commerce, you should ask your chosen candidate to promote amending the Federal Community Reinvestment Act;

It is my intent, to amend the "federal community re-investment act", to give incentives to local community financial institutions, and promote community lending to failing businesses, new industries, low income housing projects and research into evaluating foreign markets to develop industries that will bring new jobs and save old ones.
This plan will enable employee's of failing businesses to design a proposal to submit to local financial institutions in order to purchase a business that is failing. Employee's must develop a plan that will satisfy the financial institution, in a manner that will show profitability and job security.
New businesses may also be considered under this amendment, in that interested parties may develop new local business interests. Case in point; an employee may desire to strike out on his or her own and be considered for financing based on their work experience.
Community developers will be able to work together to build affordable housing under this program, so that a financial burden is not placed on their companies and prevent them from deterring from their normal course of business. In other words, if a contractor builds custom homes, then there will be a need for affordable housing for employee's in the minimum wage category.
This program will allow a community of local developers to build such housing, and do so without burdening their resources. The program is placed into a trust, with rents applied to the principal loan, regulated maintenance costs and the profits divided among those developers who participate in the program.
Foriegn markets have flooded the US and severely offset trade and created a deficit that will be hard to balance. It is my intent to begin working together and regain a balance that will create new industries and job growth.
Community business leaders may work together and propose a "plan of intent", to community lenders. In this way the formed committee may work with local financial industries to develop new commerce and exports. This program is not definitive, in that only the committee can develop a viable plan with lenders, as each industry has variable demands that only the committee can make work with planning and execution.
