Iran: Four Year Old Killed in Armed Conflict in Saghez, Kurdistan

Several people were killed and injured this morning in Saghez (a city in the Kurdistan province of Iran) during an armed conflict between Iranian regime security forces and unidentified persons.

According to Rawa News, following the clashes between five unidentified people and the Iranian regime’s security team on Ostad-Shirazi Street, one security force member was killed and five more were injured.

During the one-hour long conflict, a four year old child namd Matin Ebrahimi was killed as a result of a gunshot wound.

As the event built up, dramatic numbers of security forces were stationed in Saghez. There is no further information available on the causalities on both sides. Witnesses say that the conflict occured after the unidentified persons blockaded the Iranian regime security forces.
