He is proved more offensive then Sajjan, Jagdish Tytler, Kamal Nath, H K L Bhagat or other masterminds of pogrom because they were responsible to provoke or lead in Delhi only but being a famous cine star of thr era and a famous celebraty he raised slogans,”Khoon ka badla Khoon” (BLOOD FOR BLOOD) repeatedly andprovoked the Hindu miscreants throughout India.
