LINDSAY LOHAN! Less than an hour ago a warrant was issued for a failed drug test. Lindsay Lohan was seen partying after being jailed and spending time in rehabilitation. I THINK she KNOWS better and this is one Judge she should not mess with.
Who knows what she is in store for now. A cry for help? Or "girls just wanna have fun?" Your guess?

According to TMZ, the "Machete" star tested positive for cocaine two weeks ago. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, at Lohan's Aug. 25 court hearing, Judge Fox ordered serious conditions as part of her probation, including random drug and alcohol testing. Failing a drug test could land Lohan back in jail for up to 30 days.
