Follow Steve Wampler on his quest to become the first person with cerebral palsy to climb El Capitan - a mountain twice the height of the Empire State Building!
Steve doesn't have any use of his legs, so he is using a specially made pulley system to take himself up the mountain. He is undertaking the climb to raise money for the Wampler Foundation, which allows physically disabled children the opportunity to go on wilderness adventures. This is something Steve was lucky enough to experience as a child and he says it made a tremendous difference in his development.
Steve is hoping to raise $2 million from his climbing efforts and has already attracted some pretty high level supporters, including Ellen and Will Forte.
