California Prop 19

California will have Prop 19 on the ballot this Nov. This allows folks 21 and older to possess marijuana and grow marijuana. They already allow medical marijuana. The grow part of the proposition is unique in that it allows 21 square feet of pot production versus a set number of plants. California would also tax marijuana.
