Verizon Wireless Outage in Los Angeles

Calls and Text messages in Los Angeles have not been going through for the last four hours, but there is no mention of it on the CNN website or on TV?? Calls to Verizon Wireless are not even going though. Users are getting a "Call Failed" message!
