My name is Piyush Attri and I am brother of Late Capt. Ayush Attri, who died unknowingly on 21/04/2003.
Indian Army has informed the true cause of death being asphyxia, which seems to be completely unrealistic and could be proved unjustified at anytime.
Also, even if one denies (including me) but time and law is evident of fact that Army has been negligible from the time he was in NDA, IMA, Siachin, Pune and Udaipur and till date.
I have concrete evidence for the same because I was the person most near to him before and after his death.
He told me occasions were Army denied his rights to him, even after his death his soul still feels the same.
A small instance is that Army did not know what happened on 21/04/2003 the day when he died, I told you what happened because Army was not even there when he died:
1) On 20th April 2003, in the eveniing Ayush left for Udaipur from the house for his duty all alone. He boarded a bus.
2) At around midnight (00:00 of 21st April 2003) my sister received a call that Ayush has collapsed at Kotputli 150 KMS on Delhi Jaipur highway.
3) I with a neighbourer went to Kotputli in a car and reached the place at 03:00AM, and was told he died in bus.
4) When I saw the body, anyone can make out that it was a case of murder
5)The hospital condition was extremely poor and it was bad to see that a person who could be killed by enemy countrt's bullet at Siachin, died because of an Indian . Moreover, he told the family that there is a dispute between Ordnance and 9th Madras reg. regarding his career and postings though he was a Ordnance commissioned officer.
6) At 09:00 AM post-Mortem was conducted and know one from Army came to Kotputli
7) Army told me that they will reach Kotputli soon and they never came ( this was the 1st instance where army got confused and could not react in a natural way at the death of their Capt.
Why was Army's reaction time to a news of death of their company was so slow?
8) I waited for 8 more hours after post-mortem as Army told they are trying to reach Kotputli but never came, Why? and then told me to bring body at Base hospital in Delhi
9) He was provided Military Funeral on 23/04/2003

The reason I am telling you all this is because I was asked to sign on a paper of Court from Army which contained wrong information, this means Army have tampered with his court of enquiry.
Army has not given his Siachin medals.
Army made fun of his death.
Army has taken his family member's life and careers for granted.
Army Official never met us.
Army disrespects his mother and me whenever we talk about Ayush's death.
For 5 yrs Army is sending helicopters for survillence over our house and wherever I go without informing me the reasons on one hand and then compell me to resign from my jobs thus spoiling my career. So that if I do'nt have career and money I cannot have access to higher authorities.
This and other evidence make me believe that his Death is Classified and, I who is alone working on this project and true witness of his death case expects an official statement and the true file of his death case. I wish to know the truth.
Reason being, that his soul is restless and needs justice.

It is very shameful act that Indian Army and our own countrymen has disrespected death of a soldier who fought for the nation at highest battle field
and also distrespected his family members including me and my mother.
More shameful is that they misbehaved with my sister at OTA in 2005 who does not even know this and I alone has to suffer because I was providing a lonely ressistance on one hand and then managing my life on another.

I just want truth, right and justice and no other benefit.
In last 7 yrs I have alone paid a price for no cause when it was not my fault and I want justice for my every blood, sweat and tears Indian Army and our countrymen has given to me.
