Bus Falls Off Ravine in Benguet,40 Dead

A passenger bus en route to La Union from Baguio City with 47 passengers on board lost its brakes,fell off a 35-foot ravine leaving 40 people dead.7 passengers that were rescued suffered serious injuries.They were also reportedly unconscious.The rescue efforts proved to be even harder because it's a very steep cliff and most of the passengers were crushed and stuck between the metal seats.The owner of the bus franchise Eso Nice has not been identified and no one is prepared to take responsibility for the accident adding to the grief of the families of those who died
