Just before 2PM Lewisville Road flooded in front of Taylor Ford. The tide was very high, which could be the problem as the water was coming out of the drains on the road. City of Moncton employees arrived and set up a barricade and signs warning the motorists of the water over the road. One woman wasn't impressed as she was driving a convertible going through the muddy water and someone coming the other way loaded the inside of her car with the water splashing from the tires.
