Drew Barrymore has came a long way since "E.T." She looks good, and has matured well. The star is excellent as Erin, a Stanford grad student who is in New York as an intern for a major newspaper.
While there for her internship, she meets her real life boyfriend (Justin Long) Garrett, who works for a music label in the big apple. But can a one night fling turn into a long distance relationship, even though 3,000 miles separate them?
This is not a mainstream film, and it is a true "Hard R", with plenty of language, nudity, and drug use. But the film was excellent, from the acting to the cinematography, from the score to the supporting cast.
It's a "thinking persons" date film - not for everyone, but if you like quality in your comedies, this one is for you.
