I have the following question. I read about dangerous sections of roads across the US. Many times drivers are simply not paying attention. The following are some research done of how different colors affects the human brain.

Green creates feelings of comfort, laziness, relaxation, calmness. It helps us balance and soothe our emotions.

Brown is the color of the earth and ultimately home. This color brings feelings of stability and security.

Yellow has proven to stimulate the brain. This stimulation can make you more alert and decisive. This color makes muscles more energetic and activates the lymph system

When you drive, you see many miles of green or brown grass, depending on the season. You may drive on long stretches of white or black pavements.

Perhaps on these stretches of dangerous highways other colors should be utilized to wake up the drivers.

Perhaps, the inner shoulder parts of these highways could be painted bright yellow or even with red lines mixed in.

Many streetlights may be powered with wind or solar energy. Perhaps these sections of highways may include bright colored lights to help drivers maneuver through these dangerous roads as well.

Bright yellow signs or even red signs mixed in could be installed on these stretches of highways. These signs could include arrows or other warnings.

These bight yellow signs or even red signs will cause the drivers brains to become more stimulated. People’s brains on these stretches of highways should be made more stimulated and alert by the use of yellow or other colors. As part of updating our crumbling roads, can we study which country has the safest roads. Then find how they use different colors to increase safety on their roads.

Can colors also be used in the workplace to increase brain stimulation and decrease workplace errors as well?
