My portrait of Barack Obama, a 8" x 19" etching titled "Billion $ Bill", is inspired by the president's live television appearances outlining his Economic Stimulus Plan. I utilized television’s dynamic visual attributes to create a final image representative of an almost incomprehensible figure.
