Apparently, this video is of the gunman two years ago when he was protesting. I took this video when I was out getting lunch on my break from work. I get downtown to see this man throwing money everywhere. I personally didn't get a very good view of the guy, but first thing I did when I saw money fly and people piling on top of each other was pull out my phone camera and get to recording! Who knew that this guy would suddenly go so... Nuts..?
