Dated 8/31/2010 CHARGES OF OBSTRUCTING AN INVESTIGATION MADE AGAINST THREE PERSONS Sarah B. McDonald Christopher Lee Mann James C. Lutz The Sheriff’s Office arrested three rural Mountain Home people this past weekend for obstructing an investigation. On Sunday, August 29 th at approximately 2:00 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 71 Lobo Lane in response to a 911 call that had been received. The complainant told deputies that he was awakened by two men standing over him in the bedroom, and that they ran him out of the house. The complainant left the area and met with deputies at a different location. He told deputies that his girlfriend was still inside the residence. Deputies went to the address and made contact with three persons inside the home. They were identified as Sarah McDonald, Christopher Mann, and James Lutz. These persons denied knowing or having ever heard of the complainant or that a 911 call had been made from that residence. Deputies then left the residence pending further developments.
