On or around July of 2009, Plaintiff Gregory McKenna filed a federal civil lawsuit in the Eastern District of Missouri against the St. Louis County Police Department, Unknown FBI Agents, Assistant United States Attorney General Mark Kappelhoff, A-1 Private Investigations, Apple Inc. and other Defendants for allegedly conspiring with the Italian Mafia to perpetuate a stalking, extortion and exaction conspiracy. The primary means by which McKenna has alleged the Mafia is accomplishing the crimes of stalking and harassment against him is through the FBI, Police and independent third parties' criminal neglect of the Mafia crimes. After McKenna called the Police and FBI when Mafia members arrived at his front door in September of 2000 and demanded that he continue modeling for an agency in New York City, the authorities allegedly laughed at McKenna and refused to offer assistance. Effectively, the FBI and Police have intentionally allowed the Mafia to continue stalking, extorting and controlling McKenna for the past 10 years despite knowledge of damages and injuries-a felony offense (See 18 USC §3 (Accessory after the fact), §4 (Misprision of felony), §1505 (Obstruction of justice), §1510 and others).
On January 4, 2010, presiding Chief Judge Catherine Perry proceeded to wrongfully dismiss McKenna's lawsuit to render assistance to the Mafia and further their crimes against him. Judge Perry dismissed the complaint because she allegedly believes the Government has no Constitutional duty to protect citizens from private acts of violence despite Constitutional *norms* that state Government officials cannot deliberately neglect their duty or intentionally cause injury to anyone. Effectively, Judge Perry violated myriad criminal statutes and committed treason against the United States by willfully rendering assistance to enemies of the nation. McKenna is currently waiting to receive a response from the US Court of Appeals to determine if the appellate judge will disqualify Perry for her criminal acts and protect McKenna's rights to Due Process, life, liberty, equal enforcement of the laws and others. A failure to correct Judge Perry's clear violations of law would confirm the Mafia's control over the US Department of Justice.
In the meantime, McKenna is filing a complaint with the Judiciary Committee to take action against Judge Perry for her criminal violations of law and is gathering support from his local Los Angeles community in hopes that citizens will voice their outrage against the Government's refusal to protect and alleged conspiracy with the Mafia. If the Appellate Court refuses to take action, McKenna has alleged he will proceed with a citizen's arrest despite the FBI, Police and Judge Perry's criminal neglect of the crimes and conspiring with the Mafia. McKenna's evidence of the continuing Mafia crimes including bug sweeps, private investigator reports, recordings of death threats and evidence of criminal neglect is probable cause that will allow McKenna to carry out a citizen's arrest of Judge Perry. McKenna first plans to wait for a response from the US Court of Appeals and Judiciary Committee before taking any drastic actions needed to end the Mafia crimes against him and society.
