One Nation, Under Islam, With Shariah, Tyranny, and Injustice For All

0

In the last few months fears of Islam have reached an all time high here in the United States. Is the media helping to perpetuate this and why? Is it a diversionary tactic of the White House that the media obediently follows or are we looking at real cause for concern?

We had a Judge in New Jersey rule that a Muslim man can rape his wife in the name of Islam. That ruling was later overturned.

We have an Immam who along with some shady financing wants to build an Islamic Center to invoke tolerance in a building where debris from the 9/11 terrorist attacks fell.

We have many people decrying the building of that Mosque in the name of sensitivity.

We have many supporting the building of that Mosque in the name of the Constitution and tolerance.

Then we have the Immam in question refusing to consider sensitivity to the issue in the name of our Constitution.

We have a United States President saying the builders of the Mosque have a right to do so yet won't comment on the wisdom of the decision.

We have a Mosque in Tennessee being ravaged by arson in attempts to hinder construction.

Now we have a Pastor saying he will hold a Koran burning on the anniversary of 9/11.

Now we have a President not commenting that the Pastor has a right to do so much less commenting on the wisdom of such an intolerant event. But the Presidents War General has something to say on it.

Now we see many moderate 'Westernized' Muslim's saying this Koran book burning would cause such a frenzy that many 'moderate' Muslims will become extremists.

The question we really need to ask is this: Is Islam and the American Constitution going to be able to live in peace together? Will Islam use the Constitution to bring Shariah law to America? How many will die then? Will America survive?

This Koran book burning is very concerning to me. It seems to be making moderate Muslims angry enough to commit violence thereby doing away with the 'moderate' Muslim altogether.

When Freedom of religion and a violent religion like Islam come together and stew for a while, what will be the end result?

Is the United States' Political Correctness going to make it impossible for this Nation to voice concerns regarding Islam? Is it already too late to have a United States 20 years from now under the Iron Fist of Islam?

Burn The Qur'an Day: Understanding Terry Jones?

0
0

OK, Here are my thoughts on Terry Jones Burn a Qur'an day...

I just finished reading his website at

www.doveworld.org

First of all by him doing this, it is perfectly legal and there is nothing against the law that prohibits this. It's what America calls, "Freedom Of Speech". However I think this freedom of speech thing is being pushed a bit too far and is being taking advantage of...

By planning this demonstration this man/group of people will offend and probably even create some type of chaos between muslims and christians...

This man is quoting scripture to justify his cause. This is what I wrote about a few posts ago where many people will only pick and choose certain scripture instead of following the two greatest commandments that are told in the bible.

Mark 12:30-31

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

However here are some verses this man is according to him, giving him his right to do this...

Acts 28:3-5:

And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand.

And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live.

And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.

Ephesians 5:11-14:

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.

Terry Jones is also quick to point out scripture from the Qur'an as well, like these next verses...

The Qur'an

Qur'an:9:88

"The Messenger and those who believe with him, strive hard and fight with their wealth and lives in Allah's Cause."

Qur'an: 9:5

"Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war."

Qur'an: 9:112

"The Believers fight in Allah's Cause, they slay and are slain, kill and are killed."

Ishaq: 325

"Muslims, fight in Allah's Cause. Stand firm and you will prosper. Help the Prophet, obey him, give him your allegiance, and your religion will be victorious."

What I'm getting at is that both of these religions have the peaceful followers of their faith, and their extreme followers who will only look to hurt the other...

You can't say that all christians are evil minded or hypocrites, and you can't say that all muslims are terrorists. There are some good christians who follow the 2 greatest commandments, and there are some good muslims who don't support terrorism. But it only takes one person of each religion to ignite what could become a violent and religious war...

The Mosque

By the law of United States you have the right to build your mosque and the one that wants to burn the Koran has the same right by United States laws. You are not sensitive to other people why should the one that wants to burn your Koran should be sensitive to you or any other Muslims?

The Muslims see the world through stone age mentality and as one way street. They took over the Sofia Agaia, a Church and turn it to a Mosque, they build the rock of the Dom on the most holy place for the Jews, why? because they could. It is time to stop.

My interest in candid photography goes back to when I was a kid so documenting people and objects in my day to day travels is second nature. All the photos here, except for the last one, were shot around New York City over the last year. See if you can count how many different modes of transportation are represented here. Some are a bit suble so you'll have to look closely.

America's Got Talent Top Ten Compete

0
0

Tuesday night's America's Got Talent had the top ten compete for America's votes.  Only four will go through to next weeks first final's show.  Most of the acts put on the best performances I have seen them do.  Here are the acts up for America's votes.

Studio One Young Beast Society from Orlando Fl.  Their act tonight was amazing, the best I have seen them.  They had lots of moves that you normally don't see dance group's do.  They were dynamic, the judges all loved them.

Christiana and Ali from Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Two sisters, one is 12 the other is 21.  I'm sorry, but I just don't see how they have progressed this far in the competition.  Ali can't hold a tune, Christina is much better but not something I would pay to see.

Jeremy VanSchoonhoven from Talent, Oregon.  Jeremy is a daredevil on a bicycle. Simply amazing, scary as all get out to watch.  Definitely an act a lot of people would pay to see.  His act is dangerous and a real thriller.

Taylor Mathews from Alexandria, Louisiana.  He sang "What a Wonderful World" and he did it justice.  Excellent performance, I love his style of singing.

Anna and Patryk from New York.  Child Ballroom dancers.  Anna fell on the steps before hitting the dance floor.  This fall did not affect their performance at all but it did make Anna cry after the dance was over, she made my eyes start misting too.  All the judges told her and Patryk that they performed like professionals and they acted like professionals  by getting up and doing their dance.  Great performance.

Fighting Gravity from Virginia.  This performance out did all their previous ones, if that's even possible.  They paid tribute to the first man on the moon, placing the USA Flag.  They used laser lights, and they just out did themselves again.  Excellent.

Michael Grimm from Mississippi.  This singer out did himself tonight also.  He has a wonderful soulful voice.  He left his guitar out of this performance and we got to see the whole Michael this time.  He was fantastic!  All the judges told him that by leaving out his guitar and singing the song he sang improved his performance.

Michael Grasso from New Jersey.  This magician should already be headlining a Las Vegas show.  He is simply amazing, awesome and extremely  talented.  He wowed all the judges and the audience.

Prince Poppycock from Los Angeles, CA.  Opera singer who wears outlandish but awesome costumes and makeup.  Tonight he played to America, singing patriotic songs and a full fledged extravaganza on stage.  He just keeps out doing himself with each and every performance.  Prince Poppycock IS Vegas.

Jackie Evancho from Pittsburgh, PA.  Jackie is a 10 yr. old Opera singer with a voice of someone around 40 yrs old.  This child truly has a gift from God.  This performance was even better than all the others, she sounded just like an Angel would.  Fantastic.

The top four will be announced on Wednesday night's show on NBC.

Cancer, a very personal interview

0
0

One part Paris Hilton, one part Mick Jagger, one part Bono. Add in some toxic humour, some sickly sheen and some blobby lumps and what do you get? A smoking, singing, dancing, deluded narcissistic egomaniac of a character with a suave accent? Something you'd like to smack down…with a pool noodle?

You'd be surprised.

Confused?

We're talking about CANCER.

I had a little tete-a-tete with the "celebrity" that is "cancer."  It turns out it feels quite connected to such personalities as Paris Hilton and Mick Jagger, and while you may not openly decide to party with cancer, it can really grow on you…

Bruce Horak is the mind behind the matter. He created his one-man cabaret-style performance, aptly titled "This is Cancer," starring himself as, you guessed it, "cancer." I caught up with his act at the Fringe Festival in Edmonton, North America's largest Fringe theatre festival. A cancer survivor, and Canada's only legally blind actor (having lost 90% of his vision to the disease), Bruce has created the human embodiment of cancer in "This is Cancer" to provide people with a venue to humorously "face" the disease. With Bruce's superb comedic timing and stellar dance moves, the show is really more about lightly examining life's lumps and bumps than it is about getting too serious.

Stephen Broden, Republican challenger to Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, speaking at the Tea Party rally in McKinney, Texas on 9/6. He spent his time speaking on the direction of the country and how to get back on track. It was quite refreshing given the current scandal surrounding his opponent.
